how do i pay?
The payment method is set to "offline," meaning that no actual form of payment must be present to "purchase" the items. However, each market will be responsible for keeping tabs on their orders to ensure appropriate monthly spend. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at marketing@kellymitchell.com.
How do I know if the item I want is in stock?
The website should have up-to-date inventory counts that prevent you from adding items that are out of stock. Regardless, you will receive a confirmation email from the Marketing Department within 24-48 business hours of your order.
What if I need the items by a certain date?
Orders are shipped M-W via. ground delivery, (2-5 business days). Please reach out to the Marketing Team to confirm the desired in-hands date and/or to discuss cost and specific shipment timing if necessary.
